Taking good care of the skin should be the first line of defense against aging. Most importantly, you should be drinking
enough high quality, pure water every day to hydrate and replenish the skin. Our bodies are mostly water, thus every
organ will benefit from proper hydration.
You should also avoid skin contact with drying agents such as
alcohols, acids, or alkaline chemicals contained in most commercial products. Most soaps, for example, contain lather
producing chemicals that destroys the natural oil produced by glands in the skin to keep the surface soft. The skin then has
to repair itself by secreting more oil. Our soaps are made from natural sources and are diluted with herbal extracts
known for their antiseptic qualities.

Bath Salts - Add these

The skin of the face and neck is delicate and sensitive to the environment
due to constant exposure. Extra care should be taken when considering the face, as it is the canvas that we present to the
world. Regular facials should include a scrub or cleanse, steam, mask, toner, and moisturizer to help your facial skin look
its best.
Facial Scrubs - These scrubs are formulated to
be gentle enough for facial tissue, but those with very sensitive skin should avoid scrubs.
Poppy Scrub - containing ground poppy seeds and oils for a sleek scrub.

Almond Scrub - containing ground almonds as a more gentle scrub for

Facial Steam - herbal steams
allow the pores to perspire as the steam penetrates and the herbs soften and sooth the skin. Boil some water and pour into
a large bowl. Add a small bag of facial tea and place a towel over your head and the bowel for 10-20 minutes. $4
Facial Mask - Mud and clay
masks can be used to deep-clean, tone, or soften the skin. Always apply mask to freshly cleansed, damp skin.
Kelp Clay Mask - Kelp is very nutritious and
can be healing for the skin. Mixed with some green clay for a deeper drying effect, thus should be used as a mask to

Oatmeal Mask - contains ground oatmeal along with

Facial Toner
- These mixtures remove the last traces of residue from the skin as well and tighten and tone the pores. Simply add some toner
to a cotton ball and apply to your skin.
Rose/Lavender Toner - to sooth and tone normal

Mango Rose Facial Moisturizing
Cream - moisturizers protect the oil glands that moisten the skin. Apply moisturizers following toners
using clockwise circular motions on your neck and face. Thus, giving yourself a face massage as you rub in the moisturizing
